Not the seller's fault, but obj and fbx file formats don't work and nowhere on the page did it say that they don't or that they are automatically generated (Of course now it's added, but it wasn't when I purchased it). And apparently CGTrader won't issue refunds for automatically generated formats so I'm stuck with it when this is nowhere stated on the product page. A terrible experience from CGTrader and customer service not helpful. I'll think twice before ever purchasing something off this website again!
