Model of Abandoned Observatory.Model is very realistic. It has 5 PBR materials. Each material consists of maps are diffuse-specular-glossiness-height - normal and opacity. Also, PBR Metallic-Roughness ( Basecolor-Metallic-Normal-Roughness-Height-Opacity) workflow has been added. Model's textures has two sizes; 4K - 2K. All maps are PNG formats .
