Modern hospital bed 3D model

1. The blue panels on the right side of the bed seems to have the texture on the wrong side. I can't apply any texture on the side facing outside. The texture only appears on the inside which faces the bed which is useless. 2. The textures provided are just 3 flat jpg files for the blue (display panels) parts of the bed ? There's no normal maps and specular maps for the rest of the bed. This is unlike most other models I have bought on cgtrader. So the majority of the bed looks untextured.
