Histamine molecule

Histamine molecule 3D model

Description

Histamine (Formula: C5H9N3; CAS: 51-45-6) is involved in local immune responses, regulates physiological function in the gut, acts as a neurotransmitter and plays an important part in the mediation of itching. Histamine increases the permeability of the capillaries to white blood cells and some proteins allowing them to engage pathogens in infected tissues.

This molecule is provided in three standard representations and includes a simulated electrostatic (van der Waals) surface. The whole model is provided as a C4D scene, all objects are editable primitives or metaball objects.

The .stl and .obj files are exported from C4D R20 and provided as is.
