This is a Finnish 20 penni coin from 1977.The coin features:

Obverse (left side): The Finnish coat of arms showing a lion rampant, holding a sword and trampling on a curved saber. The inscription SUOMEN TASAVALTA (Republic of Finland) curves around the edge. The date 1977 appears at the bottom.Reverse (right side): The denomination 20 prominently displayed in the center with the word PENNIÄ (pennies) below it. The design is bordered by a decorative dotted rim around the edge.The coin is made of aluminum-bronze, giving it its golden-brown color.The penni was a subdivision of the Finnish markka (100 penni = 1 markka) before Finland adopted the euro in 2002.

This coin was part of Finland's currency during its post-war period. The 20 penni coin with this design was minted from 1963 until the late 1990s. The Finnish markka was officially replaced by the euro on January 1, 2002, making this denomination obsolete.
