Cornus Alba: Siberian Dogwood Cornus Alba is a large, deciduous suckering shrub that can be grown as a small tree. It is a popular ornamental used in landscaping, due to its bright fall foliage and attractive red stems. The Siberian Dogwood is extremely hardy, as it is native to Siberia, Northern China and Korea, and can withstand temperatures down to -40 degrees fahrenheit.
