XfrogPlants Jacaranda 3D model

These plants are created by the very experienced modeler Konstantin Kim and sold exclusively by Xfrog. Kim (aka 3d Mentor) works in 3ds max GrowFX, and sets up shaders for Corona, VRay, and FStorm. ALL plants, for the first time EVER, have GrowFX (gfx) files included, and WIND, and all models and wind can be procedurally edited! Polycounts range from 100k to 600k. Download includes six models.

Jacaranda Mimosifolia: Blue Jacaranda Jacaranda Mimosifolia is a sub-tropical tree native to South Central America. It has become naturalized globally in temperate climates, particularly in California, Australia, South Africa, and the Mediterranean coast of Spain, Greece, Italy and Portugal. Growing up to heights of 66 ft, it is best known for its groups of 2 inch long violet trumpet flowers, large leaves, and oblong seed pods. Because its bloom time in the Australian spring and summer coincides with high academic workloads, it has been dubbed by students as exam tree, and as soon as blossoms are sighted a purple panic ignites.
