Neolitsea Sericea Neolitsea sericea is a species of tree in the Laurel family native to Taiwan, China, South Korea, and Japan. Its natural habitat is on forest margins and slopes and it is often found in well-progressed secondary forests. It is a medium-size tree, growing up to 33 ft tall, and grows big bunches of red holly like fruits in the autumn, and the colorful foliage is considered by many to be quite aromatic.
