Quercus Myrsinifolia: Chinese Evergreen Oak Also called the White Oak in Japan, Quercus Myrsinifolia is a species of evergreen, ring cupped oak native to Central and Southeast China, Japan, Korea, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam. It can grow up to 66 ft in height, with a thick, dense canopy, and the species myrsinifolia refers to a Myrtle tree which this species is also often said to resemble.
