Name: Walchia Piniformis
Period: Late Carboniferous to Early Permian. 310 to 290 Million Years Ago.
This Variation: This is a High Poly model. A Low Poly version is also available.
Notes: A primitive conifer that existed during the late Carboniferous and early Permian periods, approximately 310 to 290 million years ago. Fossils of Walchia have been discovered in rocks across Europe and North America. Notably, an in-situ forest of Walchia tree stumps can be found along the Northumberland Strait coast at Brule, Nova Scotia.
