Hello and happy new year.this product are for blender cyclels and should be in center of world.also I atteched FBX for other software but you should tweak materials for your desirable render engine.also if you want to mode it on Blender you can use FBX to import it but you should create material again(you can use orginal blend file to copy the shader), because FBX doesn't tranfer complex materials.also only for blender user it's avialble on blenderkit, but if you want to use it in another software or have more support to me, you can purchase it from here.have merry christmas, Good Luck
