The JIM Compact 3D model is a high-quality, fully editable design ideal for advanced observation and targeting simulations. The package includes detailed textures, .blend, and .fbx files for seamless integration into your projects.

This model only includes a grayscale material, hence the low price for the quality of the model itself. Please note that the included Blender file (*.blend) does not contain the same lighting setup as shown in the render previews—the scene comes equipped with only basic lighting. Additionally, the .fbx file does not include PBR textures; however, in the .blend file, materials have been applied as shown in one of the preview screenshots.
