A low poly imperial Roman scutum shield model.

Comes with PBR textures in 2K resolution.

Textures included:

  • Scutum Square Diffuse 2K: (A blank white diffuse colour texture intended to be used as a template for creating additional versions of diffuse textures of different colours. To do so, open the image in any image editing software, such as GIMP, Photoshop, etc., create a new layer on top of the diffuse texture layer with its mode set to multiply, then paint on the new layer over the white shield face area. This allows you to change the colour while retaining details. Export your new image and use it as your diffuse texture.)
  • Scutum Square Diffuse Eagle Coloured 2K: (A standard diffuse texture with an eagle design)
  • Scutum Square Diffuse Octopus Coloured 2K: (A standard diffuse texture with a Roman design)
  • Scutum Square Metallic 2K: (White = metal, black = non-metal)
  • Scutum Square Metallic Smoothness 2K: (Combines metallic and smoothness into 1 texture for compatibiity with Unity Engine's default shader. Metallic info is stored as colour, smoothness is stored in alpha channel.)
  • Scutum Square Normal 2K: (A normal map)
  • Scutum Square Smoothness 2K: (A a grayscale smoothness texture. more white = more smooth, more black = more rough)
