
A game-ready, optimised, high quality, yet low-medium poly sofa set. This was built with Unreal Engine in mind, but the exported FBX and OBJ files can fit virtually any project.
High quality PBR 4K and 2K materials are present which can be downsized if required.
All objects use 3 materials (wood, fabric and glass) and are assigned the appropriate material IDs. Ideally you would want to assign a multi-sub object but you can detach the frame, cushions and glass as well, as they are all separate elements.
Regarding collisions: I was debating on whether to have collision included, but ultimately decided against it as some of the curves of the larger sofas means a lot more complex shapes, which you might as well use your game engine to generate as they would do a better, faster job. I myself did so in my own project.
