Haussmann Serenity is an exploration of contrast, balancing the timeless elegance of French neo-classical architecture with the clean lines of mid-century and modern design. The project focuses on a neutral, warm color palette where light and texture define the space.Every element in this fictional space was carefully curated to tell a story of quiet luxury and architectural harmony.

Materiality & TexturesDesign lives in the details. The heavy, bold veins of the Arabescato marble coffee table act as a functional sculpture in the center of the room. By playing with depth of field, the aim was to emphasize the tactile quality of natural wood, soft bouclé fabrics, and the warmth of the fireplace.

Curated ArtifactsThe fireplace mantel serves as a gallery shelf, featuring a mix of organic branches and weathered, historical sculptures. The soft, diffuse natural light filtering through the high windows highlights the micro-textures of the artifacts, creating a museum-like tranquility within a residential setting.
