The .MTL file that comes with the .OBJ does not seem to have any textures properly liked to the model. There are colors assigned to some models but none of the textures.

The obj is exported in 3ds max. Definitely, material functionality in obj files is far more restricted than max corona materials. So in order to achieve the realism you see in the pictures it is highly recommended to use max file or if you are using another software (like blender) manually use the maps used and create native materials there.
