In You're Pictures looks good! But mainly everything is useless! No point to do with this project at all! There need spend a years to get figure out what to do! Materials has no labels only useless z numbers with one don't know where it goes! So that is total false! So I think like that should cost nothing at all! I need refund!

The vray max has no textures, all missing. so everything is black in the scene.

Ok, so It is clearly labeled for Blender also, but the Blender scene is not setup at all, textures missing, no material naming convention other than V-ray, so it's really difficult to know what you are looking for. Lighting not set, no nothing. It's not for Blender if you just export from Max. At least make sure you have all the textures set up and available...
