Update: Seller reached out to me to offer the updated sketchup files with the textures. I'm not comfortable exchanging files through personal email, but he seemed to genuinely attempt to correct it, so I'll change my review for now. model is different from image and not ready to render. It doesn't have textures applied, the tub isn't on a raised part of the floor, the plant is different, and there's no background. The tub is blue, toilet red, and there are grassy textures clipping through the left side of the window wall.
