This modular skid-mounted 3D model adopts two-layer steel frame platform layout, equipped with eight vertical stainless steel reaction kettles divided into upper and lower floors, matched with stirring drive motors, complex process pipeline networks, regulating valve groups, delivery pumps and PLC electrical control cabinet. The model adds a safety operator character model for operation scene simulation, fully conforming to fine chemical batch synthesis production flow, applicable to BDO raw material synthesis, resin polymerization, solvent reaction, pharmaceutical intermediate synthesis and other production processes. It can be used for chemical process animation, equipment bidding rendering, workshop layout scheme demonstration, safe operation training simulation and skid-mounted equipment product display.

Notes:The trees in the scene utilize VRMesh proxy files, enabling large-scale duplication without causing system lag.MultiScatter 1.615 (compatible with 3ds Max 2020) is employed as the tree scattering plugin.The 3ds Max source file contains building models with varying levels of detail, allowing users to select according to their needs.
