DESCRIPTION

High-speed automatic LED taping machine, the structure of the whole machine is simple, easy to process and install, and easy to operate. The taping mechanism uses a servo-driven eccentric cam mechanism for high-speed operation, and the fixed mechanism is connected with a linear slide rail, which has high positioning accuracy and fast speed. The belt pulling mechanism adopts stepping and optical fiber for precise positioning. Cooperate with the taping mechanism to complete high-speed taping. The carrier tape is sealed by cylinder heat sealing, and the stable sealing mechanism is replaced quickly. The packaging speed of the whole machine is 8000pcs/H, using vibrating plate and direct shock feeding.
