This original modular kit includes 32 coordinated assets in four categories: 8 dock structures including open and closed roll-up doors, single and double wall bays, a dock shelter, raised platform and canopy; 8 hydraulic levelers, portable dock plates and mobile or container-access ramps; 8 safety assets including bollards, guardrails, rubber bumpers, truck wheel guides, a swing gate and chain barrier; and 8 accessories including a control box, red/green dock signal, articulated work light, wheel chock, wheel stop, access stairs, ladder and pallet curb.

The system uses real-world metric units and a consistent 0.5-meter modular grid. Every asset is supplied as a separate editable file and as part of the complete catalog. Assets have category-based IDs, practical local origins and smart-projected non-overlapping UVs. A complete assembled loading-bay preview demonstrates how the included pieces can be combined.
