Description of workThe mechanized rack is intended for sorting and storage of sheet metal, as well as finished products.The rack consists of a frame (1), 20 cassettes (2) are installed in the frame cells, a trolley (3) serves to raise, lower, extend and retract the cassettes, a palletizer (4) is designed for loading and unloading sheet metal.The movement of the trolley up and down is carried out by means of a gear motor (5) along a vertically located chain drive. The stop and position of the trolley is controlled by two redundant sensors (6) opposite the flags installed in each cell of the frame.The extension and retraction of the cassettes occurs with the help of a geared motor (7) along a horizontally located chain drive. The control of the cassette in the extended position is carried out by the sensor (8), in the retracted position - (9).The upper emergency position sensor (10), the lower emergency position sensor (12) and the initial position sensor (11) are installed on the right front rack of the frame.

The operation of the product begins with the installation of the trolley opposite the initial position sensor (11) , while the signal on the sensors (6) is negative (there are no flags), on the sensor (9) - positive. In the case when the signal on the sensor (9) is negative and on the sensor (8) it is positive, this means that the cassette is on the trolley - it is necessary to perform an action with the cassette.Inserting cassettes into one or another cell is initially performed by the operator*, the occupied cell is recorded in a memory dump marked with sheet metal (thickness, steel, number of sheets), the data is displayed on the display of the operator's console.In order to take a certain sheet into work, the operator selects the cell in which this sheet is located and presses the “Take to work” display. Then the trolley rises from the initial position and stops in front of the cell, picks up the cassette and lowers it to the initial position. After the operator has taken the sheets, he changes the mark to the sheet metal and presses the number of the empty cell on the display and “Insert in the cell”, the cassette returns to the indicated cell, and the cart returns to the initial position.All work of the rack is accompanied by the work of lighting equipment.In the event of an alarm, the rack stops any movement and the corresponding information is shown on the display.
