An animation controller with parameters has already been setup for your convenience, along with the Animation clips if applicable. Generate Lightmaps UV’s is on and 1 Unity unit = 1 metre.

Other game engines / applications: The FBX files and textures can easily be used with the Unreal Engine or 3D applications which support FBX. The models use few materials and textures and should be easy to create your own materials and assign the textures. Animation frames are also included if applicable.
