Aubourn sofa modelled in 3ds max using vrat as the render engine. model comes correctly scaled with UVW mapping and finishes included. There are many throw cusions and a throw blanket included with the model.

As you can see in the images of the model supplied, the materials follow the realistic flow of how the materials would be made or how the object would be constructed. Also by the wire frame image you can see the chair model has clean topology to maximise detail without increasing poly count unnecessarily, which helps to produce stunning visuals.
