An Gramophone is a device for the mechanical and analogue recording and reproduction of sound. The sound vibration waveforms are recorded as corresponding physical deviations of a spiral groove engraved into the surface of a record.
An old Gramophone, with a varnished and polished wood body, has carvings in the sides of the wood, a black painted horn and a silver shiny detailed sound box.
