California design duo Lawson-Fenning's appreciation of craftsmanship and honest materials comes through in low-slung ottoman. Boxy, angular base is made of oak certified sustainable by the Forest Stewardship Council , with solid wood legs coming together through exposed box joinery—a sign of high-quality detail borrowed from the Arts and Crafts movement. Atop the four legs, a circular cushion plays against the angularity elsewhere in the piece. CB2 exclusive.
