This fully parametric Revit family lets you place an adjustable base cabinet with four customisable drawers, optional handles, and full material control. Designed for kitchen, office, or storage spaces, it adapts easily to different dimensions and design needs.

• Includes four predefined sizes compatible with standard kitchen dimensions for quick placement.
• Adjust cabinet dimensions: width, depth, cabinet height, service void, base height / recess, and top stretcher height / depth to fit your layout.
• Toggle the back panel on or off as needed.
• Set individual thicknesses for the frame, back panel, and drawer fronts to match brand requirements.
• Adjust the bottom drawer front height as needed (within preset limits); the upper drawer fronts will adjust automatically to divide the remaining height evenly. All drawers use a fixed slab front style.
• Enable or disable the cabinet handles as needed, with separate controls for the bottom drawer and upper drawer group.
• Customise handle length, radius, and standoff. Handles are horizontally centered by default, with vertical offset adjustable separately for the top group and bottom drawer.
• Assign materials independently to the frame, back panel, base, drawer fronts, and handles.
• Designed for efficiency – lightweight and easy to work with in real projects.
