Overall, the model looks great. But when it is imported into Chief Architect, I can't seperate the three options to only show one. I thought it would give an option to download one of them. Now I can't use this file unless I have a client that wants three washer and dryer stacks side by side.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback, and I’m glad you like the model overall. Just to clarify, this product is a 3-color set and includes all three versions of the LG WashTower: Nature Green, Black Steel, and White. They are included together in the same 3ds Max scene rather than as separate downloads. In the original 3ds Max file, the three WashTower versions are grouped separately inside the main group. You can open the main group and then select, hide, or remove the version you don’t need, so you can use only one of them in your scene. The model was specifically prepared for 3ds Max, with the materials set up using V-Ray and Corona, and the UV channels and texture setup prepared accordingly. When the file is imported into other software such as Chief Architect, the original 3ds Max grouping and material setup may not be preserved in exactly the same way, which can make it harder to separate the different versions.
