The model contains 4 textures ( Diffuse | Normal | Displacement | Roughness ) and it has a low poly mesh and clean UVs

The .c4d object contains a Redshift material that is ready to render while the FBX and OBJ versions use the 4 textures mentioned above. Some tweaking will have to be done in order to match your renderer of choice.
