-Basic Textures: The leaves just keep alpha channel in GLTF exported files, so if you do not want to reconnect the alpha channel manually you shall use GLTF file. In case you want use other file and you want the leaves transparency back, just select the StrawberryLeaf material in viewport, then change to shading, then change the alpha image output from alpha-alpha to color-alpha
