This Pavement Texture is designed for PBR System.
The zip file contains : 1) 1 Diffuse Map 2) 1 Specular/Reflection Map 3) 1 Roughness Map 4) 1 Normal Map 5) 1 Displacement Map ( not used in the preview photos, but provided for extra realism ) 6) 1 Ambient Occlusion Map ( not used in the preview photos, but provided for extra realism )

All Texture files are well named so u'll know which texture for what purpose.

One Blender file provided so you will know how to use.
