Story: This is a Korean Toygo “blind box” / gacha diorama vending machine found in the Wangshimri train station in Seoul. The character is Yoshito Usui's character Shin-chan (짱구 / Jjanggu in Korean), from the anime Crayon Shin-chan. The machine branding says “TOYGO”, which is a Korean operator that installs these themed collectible machines. Each box costs ₩13,000 (~$10 USD) based on the labels. It’s a “random draw” (랜덤 / blind box) machine: you choose a slot (or just press a button), you get a sealed box, you don’t know which figure is inside until you open it. This format comes from Japanese gachapon culture, where the randomness is part of the appeal. The middle display shows a complete set scene. The Korean text “짱구는 못말려!” literally means “Shin-chan can’t be stopped!” The machine accepts card + keypad payment, not just coins
