DESCRIPTION

Destructible Props Pack is a game ready, low poly asset bundle that consist of:

  • 6 fences
  • 5 tables
  • 5 benchesthat can be fractured runtime in the game engine your choice. High-quality 2K resolution PBR textures are provided (Metalness workflow). Poly count on average is a few hundred per model.

Models are availble in .FBX format (7.4 binary) and .BLEND as well. Materials and textures are named conventionally. Texture maps are Albedo, Metallic, Gloss, Normal, Occlusion. UV's are non-overlapping and all models come with a separate lightmap UV channel.

Shader configuration information: Metallic maps store gloss map data in their alpha channels. If you need roughness map, invert that alpha map value (Unreal Engine). For Unity3D, textures are configured for Standard shader. All textures use lossless formats (.PNG and .TIFF). All models were hand sculpted and baked off to low-poly ones, textures were created with attention to detail using Substance Painter and Designer.

Braking objects: Trigger destructive event, replace intact model with fractured one and apply physics to fractured meshes. Models are pivoted and scaled properly to be replaced unnoticed by the camera. Low-poly collider meshes are provided for all irregular shaped objects.

Note: You might need to scale models if using Unreal Engine 4.Performance info: Mesh topology is clean, parts are triangulated to reduce vertex count as much as possible. Fractured models consist of 40-60 separate meshes, strongly advised to remove debris from the scene after a few seconds for optimal runtime performance.
