Terrible topology. Picture doesn't match what I downloaded (only 4 buildings)
1 model contains of tens if not hundreds of objects, like, it's broken into faces..
Textures works fine and makes the models look ok from a distance. For the price and what I've seen in comparison I was really expecting something more clean and structured.
Not recommended.
