I cannot recommend this product in its current state, especially to Blender or Unity users. The product description claims “clean topology and organized geometry,” but the supplied FBX imported into Blender 5.0 with approximately 21,800 objects and 2.57 million triangles. It also contains a very large number of unnecessary helper/light objects, a heavily fragmented and confusing hierarchy, abnormal scale and positioning, and scene objects extending far away from the building. The rendered design itself is attractive, which is why I purchased it. However, the FBX is not practically usable without extensive cleanup and reconstruction. This is far beyond the normal amount of adjustment expected when importing an exchange file. I have contacted CGTrader Support and requested a refund because the supplied FBX significantly differs from the description. Until the seller updates and properly reorganizes the FBX file, I do not recommend purchasing this model for Blender, Unity, or other real-time workflows.
