Detailed design of an office with water body and floating organic stairs

The staircases have been covered with glass and complete transparency of the office has been maintained. Privacy is also ensured wherever needed. The water body flows from the inside of the building to the outside. The spaces are well ventilated and well lit. There are several balconies and top lighting strategies.

The office spaces have been divided into public, semi public and private. Several previews have been included to show previews of the design.
