Midcentury-Modern Mailbox Low-poly 3D model

I made this model for a landscape architect recently, all dimensions are from mailboxes.com (I modeled it after one on the website).

—It is made in and native to Blender but will import just fine with exchange format (obj/mtl, FBX). I tested these and have noted problems (if any) that may occur with the imports (and what to do). The image textures and all texture information are included separately to accompany models that don't import with textures.

—Fully procedural materials I made available in the blender file, but I converted the materials to 2k and 4k image textures for roughness, diffuse, normal, and have noted any other properties the surfaces have in a document such as metalness and color. The procedural waterstain on top can be removed if that's not your thing.

—A metal post is included, but I highly recommend that you make one yourself that fits your environment much better.
