DescriptionHorse Head Rock is a 500-million-year-old natural geological formation on the Sapphire Coast near Bermagui, New South Wales, Australia. It is renowned for its distinct shape that closely resembles the head of a horse or pony, formed by the erosion of solid sericite-quartzite schists. Located in the South Coast region of New South Wales, near Bermagui. It looks like the head and neck of a horse, often photographed from nearby viewing points.
