A Western style Ranch with multiple materials and textures. Works great in any modern game engines or for rendering purposes. Includes interior with multiple rooms ,windows and a staircase. The file also includes a separate door which fits in the door frames. There are two material setups included but you can also use your own tilable materials.
Textures are in 4096x4096 resolution:

- -Normal map
- -Ambient Occlusion
- -Baked Diffuse
Unity Package includes easy to use drag and drop prefabs. Native materials in Blender 2.79(packed textures). Files exported from Blender
