Modular Kit Tenements Low-poly 3D model
DESCRIPTION

This is a set of 4 modular buildings. It includes and FBX file, Blender files and textures.

High-quality 2K texture set, including:

  • Albedo

  • Metalness

  • Roughness

  • Normal

  • additional base colour for color variations

This asset was originally created in Blender and textured using SubstansePainter, with attention to both detail and performance optimization. The assets are uv-mapped with fully closed geometry, and are created in a way so that you can easily customize the meshes if needed.

These textures provide realistic surface detail while remaining suitable for real-time applications such as games, architectural visualization, and interactive experiences.

The models are optimized for efficient real-time rendering. Repetitive elements use overlapping UVs where appropriate to maximize texture efficiency while maintaining visual quality and minimizing memory usage.

NOTE:

This model is not prepared for 3D printing.

The preview renders were created in Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) and are intended solely to demonstrate how the assets can be used within an environment. They showcase example lighting, composition, and asset placement, but do not represent a complete scene.
