The term “The Great Altar” in Tabasco usually refers to the Triumphal Altar, also known as Altar 4, one of the most emblematic and extraordinary monolithic works of the Olmec civilization.

Carved from stone during the Middle Preclassic period (900–400 BCE), this majestic archaeological piece stands out for its impressive level of detail and its great historical and artistic value. Originally located in the ancient ceremonial center of La Venta, it was later recovered and preserved for display at the La Venta Park-Museum in Villahermosa, Tabasco.

This 3D model faithfully recreates this important archaeological work and includes textures with an alpha channel to optimize performance and achieve semi-realistic visuals. In addition to the textures applied to the Great Altar, additional resources have been incorporated for the vegetation and various decorative elements of the surrounding environment.
