A detailed exterior architectural model inspired by the Continental Hotel from the John Wick films and the historic NYC Cocoa Exchange corner building.
The rounded corner facade, ornamented crown, ram-head and floral reliefs, textured garlands, recessed main entrance, canvas canopy, curved stairs and railings are modeled in an organized Blender scene. The rooftop includes a lounge, terrace paving and planting, service room, skylight and separate HVAC units.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
Created in Blender 5.2.2 and ready to render in Cycles, with the scene measured in meters. Everything you need is included—no extra add-ons are required.
The building is organized into clearly named objects, materials and collections so you can easily find and adjust its parts. Repeated details share mesh data, and some facade elements are combined into larger assemblies. Most surfaces use procedural Blender materials, with image textures supplied for the garlands.
For planning your scene, the hotel has 118 mesh objects, 2,219,565 vertices and 2,580,558 base polygons (4,192,390 triangles). These counts include repeated mesh instances, before render-time modifiers, and exclude text objects. The standalone scene includes 44 materials; the optional surrounding-building scene includes 68. The mesh uses a mix of triangles, quads and n-gons.
Designed for detailed exterior visualization and cinematic renders. If you plan to use it in a game or for 3D printing, additional optimization or print preparation will be needed.
This independently created model takes inspiration from the films and real-world architecture. It is an artistic interpretation rather than a surveyed replica, and is not an official franchise product.
