The set includes the part of the ground and street, the Dairy Store and big shop, the grass, some trees, some shrubs and 2 low poly cars - sedan and ambulance car.The model has good level of detail within the minimalist animation style. Correct and simple mesh, made in rectangles and triangles. Despite the high detailing, the model is not heavy and will open even on a weak computer. Also, textures are almost not used in the model - only the license plates on cars have a texture. No additional plugins are used. Easily can be used in animation and games. Rendered in default 3ds Max Scanline Render, preview images rendered with exact light setup in 3ds Max scene.
