suburb block Low-poly 3D model

Description

Low poly tileable city suburb block model for games, educational, visualization and other purposes. Scene includes very simple houses, roads, sidewalks, cars, plants etc. Made with Maya 7, clean topology, no N-gons, mostly quads and just few triangles. UV mapped and fully textured, unwrapping done with overlapping, rendered with V-ray renderer in 3ds Max, render scene with HDRI map included. Maya 7 (.ma, .mb), OBJ (.obj with .mtl), 3ds Max 2009 (.max) and Autodesk FBX (.fbx) format included. FBX and OBJ are directly exported from Maya. Polygons: 4096 quads/ 7870 triangles Vertices: 4540 Edges: 8207 UVs: 10012 Everything in scene is easy to modify, polygon count can be reduced or increased by deleting or adding new elements. Model is mapped on single 2048×2048 pixels texture map. Texture in two formats (.tiff and .jpg) is included. The original working .psd file is also included, if you need to make another texture, color or any other changes to it (see thumbnails). So, textures included in suburb_textures.zip file: - 2048×2048 .jpg diffuse (color) map - 2048×2048 .tiff diffuse (color) map - 2048×2048 .psd diffuse (color) map with layers - working file See my other cityscape models.
