DESCRIPTION

Archexteriors vol. 46 brings you a ready to render scene of a contemporary office campus courtyard — a landscaped inner plaza framed by curved glass-and-steel office buildings.

The product includes more than 100 models in 60 unique sets selected according to contemporary placemaking trends, reflecting modern approaches to corporate landscape design, human-scale public space and green infrastructure. If you do not need the whole scene we have prepared a pack of models.

You can use the scene as a great starting point for creating your own architectural visualizations or just take the models and begin to work on your project from scratch. You can find assets of various types such as: office building façades, mature trees and shrubs, planted beds and grasses, wooden bench islands, a slatted pergola with climbing ivy, a shaded lounge deck with tensioned canopy, a children's playground with slides and climbing structures, sandbox, paving and walkway systems.

The scene comes with 6 pre-composed camera angles covering the courtyard from wide hero views down the main axis to intimate perspectives on the pergolas, benches and planted edges. All models are made with the PBR material system and are fully textured. We prepared versions for 3ds Max with Corona and V-Ray, and Blender with Cycles.
