Auger Flight Forming Machine. Adaptive Parametric CAD Model of a Screw Flight Forming Machine.
Adaptive parametric 3D setup model for a machine designed to manufacture screw flights for a wide range of applications, including:
- screw feeders and conveyors;
- screw presses;
- screw-type working elements;
- drilling augers;
- screw conveyors and cleaning equipment for handling and processing various materials.
The model is created as an adaptive parametric assembly, allowing the main geometric parameters to be modified quickly and enabling rapid adaptation of the design to the required dimensions.

The adaptive parametric 3D assembly was developed in Autodesk Inventor 2019.

A complete set of engineering documentation (assembly drawings, part drawings, technical specifications, and bills of materials) for manufacturing the machine is available as a separate product.
