Description
Colonel Mangos Dabisi trained in the Ugandan Army from an early age and rose through the ranks. His career ended in a rare ignominious dismissal when it was revealed that he extorted money from his subordinates for good sleep with promises that only those who paid would get good sleep. As it turned out, the secret to good sleep lay in the absence of injuries inflicted by Dabisi himself. His impressiveness and military skills attracted the attention of the guerrillas: constantly abusing power and transgressing the boundaries of what was permitted, Dabisi rightfully earned his reputation as the muscle of the guerrilla movement. “I chop either your money or your head.
