Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This is a ring steeped in tradition and culture. It represents a classic Islamic or Middle Eastern design, often worn for spiritual protection or status. It fits perfectly on a merchant, a scholar, or a noble character in a historical setting.
Natural Turquoise Cabochon The crown of the ring is a smooth, domed turquoise stone (Firoza). It isn't a perfect, solid blue; it features realistic black veining (the matrix) running through it. This detail proves it is a natural stone rather than plastic, adding value and realism to the asset.
Gold Inlaid Inscriptions The silver band is decorated with beautiful gold calligraphy on the sides. These golden letters are raised against a black background, creating a striking contrast that makes the intricate script readable and luxurious.
Oxidized Relief Depth To make the gold pop, the recessed areas behind the calligraphy are heavily oxidized (blackened). This technique, often called niello style, gives the ring a feeling of depth and permanent craftsmanship that you don't get with plain flat metal.
Polished Bezel Setting The stone is held in place by a clean, simple silver rim (bezel) without prongs. This smooth setting protects the soft turquoise stone and gives the ring a comfortable, snag-free profile suitable for everyday wear.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: For the turquoise stone, use a Subsurface Scattering (SSS) shader with a wax-like setting. Turquoise is not transparent like a diamond, but light does penetrate the surface slightly, giving it that soft, waxy glow.
