This is the same base mesh as https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character/clothing/soccer-navy-blue-jersey-player-03 that i just bought. Not suitable for character posing. The shirt's sleeves armpits polygons are all mixed up with the body shirt ones. To the point that it's impossible to re-assign them correctly.
