Miserable experience. I was under the impression it was a printable 3D. the minute I downloaded it I reached out to the support contact to ask for printable version or would need a refund. They declined to refund,so my money is thrown in the garbbage. There should be a better customer satisfaction approach. I provided a snip of the file error. NOT HAPPY IN THE LEAST. i WILL BE WRITTING A BAD REVIEW ON YOUR SERVICES UNLESS IT IS REFUNDED
